Welcome to the Africa CX Leaders Forum website (the “Site”), accessible at https://www.cxleadersforum.org. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and services, including the purchase of tickets for events organized by Africa CX Leaders Forum (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing this Site or purchasing tickets, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Site or its services.
1. Use of the Site
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this Site, including purchasing tickets for our events. By using the Site, you affirm that you are of legal age.
1.2 Account Registration
To purchase tickets, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Event Ticket Sales
2.1 Ticket Purchase
The Site provides access to tickets for Africa CX Leaders Forum events. Availability, prices, speakers, venues, and schedules are subject to change at our discretion.
2.2 Payment
All ticket payments must be made through the designated payment gateways on the Site. Prices are listed in USD or Rwandan Francs (RWF), and applicable taxes may be included. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
2.3 Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided upon successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support@cxleadersforum.org.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
3.1 Cancellation by Participant
- More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
- 15–30 days before event: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before event: No refunds.
3.2 Ticket Transfers
You may transfer your ticket to another person up to five (5) days before the event by emailing support@cxleadersforum.org with the new attendee’s full name and contact information.
3.3 Event Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify event details at any time.
- If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
- If rescheduled, existing tickets remain valid for the new date.
4. Code of Conduct
All attendees must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund and possible exclusion from future events.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content on this Site, including logos, designs, presentations, recordings, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Africa CX Leaders Forum or its partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit any content from the Site or events without prior written consent.
5.3 Event Materials
Materials shared during events are for personal use only. Redistribution or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
6. Privacy Policy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, store, and use personal data. By using this Site, you consent to the data practices described therein.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Africa CX Leaders Forum shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Acts of God, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events that affect scheduled events
Attendance and participation are at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Africa CX Leaders Forum, its partners, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or attendance at events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
