The Harmonization of Professional CX Standards in Africa Commission is a new initiative under the Africa CX Leaders Forum, created to develop a unified set of Customer Experience (CX) standards, frameworks, and competency guidelines that can be adopted across industries and nations on the continent.
This Commission brings together CX academicians, association leaders, consultants, and practitioners to design continental standards that elevate CX into a recognized, structured profession with clear principles, ethical conduct, and measurable competencies.
The framework will define the core skills, knowledge areas, and behavioral competencies expected of CX professionals and organizations, ensuring alignment and credibility across countries and industries.
“Excellence begins with standards and Africa’s CX revolution deserves its own.”
Africa’s CX industry is growing rapidly but without common standards, training programs and professional qualifications remain fragmented.
This Commission ensures that every CX professional in Africa, regardless of country or industry, is guided by the same principles of excellence, integrity, and impact.
By harmonizing standards, we enable CX to become a recognized profession, creating trust among employers, customers, and governments.
“When we speak the same CX language across industries, we build trust, quality, and transformation.”
