The CX Technology, AI and Innovation Enablement Commission is the innovation and digital transformation think tank of the Africa CX Leaders Forum.

Its mission is to help organizations, governments, and CX professionals across Africa leverage technology, data, and artificial intelligence to design smarter, more personalized, and more efficient customer and citizen experiences.

This Commission explores how emerging technologies  from automation to AI and data analytics can empower African organizations to scale empathy, efficiency, and innovation, while ensuring ethical and human-centered implementation.

The Commission’s work focuses on bridging the gap between innovation and impact, helping African organizations modernize their service models while preserving authenticity, inclusivity, and trust.
