The CX Awards & Recognition Commission is the benchmark-setting authority and evaluation think tank of the CX Leaders Forum.
Its mission is to establish and uphold credible continental standards for Customer Experience and Citizen Experience awards and recognition, while developing and overseeing the CX Leaders Forum’s recognition policies, criteria, nomination, evaluation, and selection procedures. The Commission ensures that all recognitions across Africa are transparent, inclusive, evidence-based, and consistent.
This Commission explores how robust evaluation frameworks, credible benchmarks, and evidence-based governance can empower African organizations to showcase genuine CX and Citizen Experience excellence, while ensuring transparent, fair, and inclusive recognition.
The Commission’s work focuses on bridging the gap between effort and impact, helping African organizations elevate their service standards while preserving integrity, objectivity, and trust.
“Recognition without rigor is just noise; true awards elevate African service standards through evidence, integrity, and trust.”
Africa’s rapid customer experience expansion has driven a surge in industry awards and honors. However, without unified governance and clear standards, organizations often face inconsistent evaluation criteria, opaque judging processes, and superficial metrics that dilute trust in continental benchmarks.
This Commission provides essential oversight—ensuring that CX recognition in Africa is firmly grounded in merit, evidence, and measurable impact. By setting continent-wide standards, the Commission protects the integrity of African honors, elevates deserving leaders, and inspires organizations to achieve genuine service transformation.
"Africa’s customer experience leaders deserve recognition that stands up to global scrutiny and reflects true value delivered to people."
