A Country CX Champion is a passionate and visionary professional dedicated to advancing Customer Experience (CX) excellence within their country.
Appointed under the Africa CX Leaders Forum, Champions serve as ambassadors, mobilizers, and change agents, ensuring that CX is not just a concept but a lived reality in every business, institution, and public service.

 

Country Champions act as the bridge between the Africa CX Leaders Forum and local CX ecosystems. They ensure that CX transformation is not just discussed at continental events, but implemented at national and grassroots levels in an organised manner.

They translate the Forum’s vision into national action, helping shape the Africa CX Agenda through advocacy, education, collaboration, and leadership, in collaboration with the different organs of the Forum.

Each Champion plays a vital part in building Africa’s CX future by:

  • Promoting the Africa CX Leaders Community and ensuring its presence in every country.
  • Collaborating with Forum Commissions to adapt continental CX blueprints and guides to local needs.
  • Linking with national CX associations or, where none exist, leading efforts to create them.
  • Providing insights and feedback on national CX priorities to inform Forum themes and strategies.
  • Mobilizing CX professionals and organizations to join Africa-wide programs, events, and research initiatives.
  • Representing their countries at regional and continental dialogues on customer and citizen experience.
