African Curriculum and CX Integration Commission

The African Curriculum and CX Integration Commission leads one of the most transformative missions of the Africa CX Leaders Forum shaping a generation that understands and lives the principles of customer and citizen experience.

This Commission works to integrate Customer Experience (CX) and service values into African education curricula, from primary to tertiary levels, nurturing empathy, problem-solving, and human-centered thinking as foundational life skills.

It unites educators, curriculum developers, psychologists, CX professionals, and education ministries across the continent to create frameworks that make “experience” part of Africa’s learning DNA.

The Commission seeks to ensure that experience-driven learning becomes a core part of civic and moral education helping young Africans grow into professionals who value customers, communities, and collaboration.

“If we teach empathy, listening, and respect early we build nations that serve better, lead better, and grow stronger.”

Africa’s future depends not only on the skills of its people but on their ability to serve, listen, and lead with empathy.
By bringing CX into the classroom, this Commission redefines what it means to educate for the real world  preparing learners to become professionals, citizens, and leaders who create value for others.

It goes beyond textbooks to shape mindsets and national culture  teaching service excellence as a way of life.
