The Africa Customer Experience Week / Month Commission is one of the flagship working groups of the Africa CX Leaders Forum, created to redefine how Africa celebrates and recognizes customer experience excellence.

While the world commemorates Customer Service Week annually, Africa’s CX leadership community recognizes that experience excellence deserves continuous celebration, learning, and visibility. 

This Commission therefore works to institutionalize Africa Customer Experience Week (and Month) transforming it from a symbolic event into a continent-wide movement that celebrates service, experience design, empathy, and innovation.

Across the world, CX leaders use Customer Experience Week to recognize frontline teams and reaffirm the value of service excellence.
But in Africa, this moment is even more powerful — it’s a celebration of resilience, creativity, and the uniquely human approach to experience that defines African business.

By localizing the concept into an Africa CX Week and CX Month, this Commission is not just helping organizations celebrate; it’s building a shared culture of appreciation and experience excellence , one that drives productivity, employee pride, and customer trust.
