2024 CX Leaders Forum Report - Overview

The 2024 Rwanda Customer Experience Leaders Forum brought together over 50 industry professionals from across banking, aviation, telecom, public service, and hospitality sectors. Hosted at the iconic Ubumwe Grande Hotel, the forum formed part of the national Customer Service Week celebrations, setting the stage for a new era of CX leadership in Rwanda.

Through keynote sessions, expert panels, and the presentation of the Rwanda CX Index 2024, the event delivered insights that are already shaping how organizations approach service excellence, digital transformation, and citizen experience.

The forum achieved its mission: to ignite a culture of collaboration and innovation among Rwanda’s customer experience leaders.
Discussions emphasized the interconnected nature of CX, EX, BX, PX, and SX,  illustrating how excellence in one area strengthens all others. The focus on technology, the Voice of the Customer, and experience-driven leadership has equipped participants with tangible strategies to elevate service quality and customer satisfaction.

The event closed with a shared commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and regional collaboration, setting a strong foundation for the upcoming 2025 and 2026 Africa CX Leaders Forums.
