The Africa Customer Experience Leaders Forum
The Africa CX Leaders forum is a platform where those in charge of driving customer experience transformation across Africa meet, learn, network, and gain new ideas and best practices on how to create better experiences for their customers.
The event aims to unite 3 groups of people:
Speakers at this event are mainly top executives in charge of CX Transformation in Africa’s top customer-centric organizations. Other key resource persons with strong value addition to the CX Industry in Africa will also be invited to the conversations.
During the forums, solution providers and experts are invited to pitch their CX Solutions. This gives CX Leaders a better understanding of which frameworks and technologies can better meet their transformation efforts.
A key part of this forum is access to country level research on customer preferences from across the continent. Leaders get an understanding of the global customer experience index (Global CX Index) of their country or region and deep dive into the variables to look after in their transformation efforts.
